• Five years recent experience in IT in a public sector or health care environment.
• Certification in a cyber-security discipline desirable.
• Ability to handle sensitive information professionally.

Responsibilities

• Support IT Security Services and incident response.
• Coordinate investigations into security incidents and policy violations.
• Train on Information Security procedures and policies.

Strong working knowledge of Windows desktop and server technologies

Knowledge of ITIL processes
