Job summary

Vivreau North America is seeking a Customer Success Planning Coordinator to organize and optimize technician scheduling for installations, maintenance, and repairs. You will prioritize efficient routes, clear customer communication, and resource readiness to ensure smooth service delivery.

This role focuses on minimizing downtime, coordinating with internal teams, and ensuring high customer satisfaction while supporting continuous improvement across service operations.

Qualifications

• Ability to troubleshoot and resolve scheduling issues.
• High attention to detail in order processing and daily schedules.

Responsibilities

• Plan and schedule internal and external technicians for installations, maintenance, and repairs with optimal resource use.
• Develop efficient route plans to minimize travel time and maximize productivity.
• Maintain proactive customer communication to confirm appointments and provide updates.
• Ensure availability of tools, parts, and equipment for technicians to complete tasks.
• Keep accurate records of visits, tasks, and customer interactions for reporting and improvement.
• Address scheduling conflicts to minimize disruption to service.
• Track KPIs related to technician productivity and customer satisfaction; review invoices for accuracy.
