Job summary

The Liftsafe Group of Companies is seeking a Service Coordinator/Scheduler to oversee and guide up to 50 technicians, coordinating daily tasks, inspections, installations, and repairs to ensure timely completion. The role focuses on efficient resource allocation, subcontractor coordination, and proactive customer follow-up.

In-office position with emphasis on teamwork, scheduling accuracy, and strong communication.

Qualifications

• Experience with scheduling or dispatching service technicians.
• Strong time management and organizational skills.
• Ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Experience in crane and lifting device industry is an asset.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite.

Responsibilities

• Schedule, route, and dispatch service technicians to optimize productivity.
• Coordinate accommodations and travel for out-of-town work.
• Track and manage service projects from start to finish.
• Collaborate with Health & Safety/HR to ensure on-site training compliance.
• Communicate with customers to ensure satisfaction.
• Support procurement and vendor coordination when needed.
