Job summary

Penske Truck Leasing Canada Inc. is seeking an energetic Customer Service Coordinator to manage scheduling, coordinate maintenance with technicians, and handle daily shop administrative tasks. The role emphasizes customer service excellence and efficient operations.

Ideal candidates bring strong communication skills, organizational ability, and a proactive approach to coordinating with customers, technicians, and billing teams. Regular daytime hours and a focus on service quality are offered.

Qualifications

• 2 years of customer service experience required.
• At least 1 year of hands on mechanical experience preferred.
• 2 years of supervisory experience preferred.
• 2 years of service department administration preferred.
• High School Diploma required, Bachelor’s Degree preferred.
• Prior experience with service scheduling programs and diagnostic programs preferred.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate with customers to schedule preventative maintenance work and balance openings with technician schedules.
• Communicate with customers about maintenance updates, schedule changes, billing concerns or satisfaction issues.
• Ensure Penske rental units are maintained and prepared for customers.
• Confirm parts availability for scheduled work and manage ordering/return of parts.
• Provide customer service to ensure customer satisfaction and repeat business.
