Job summary

Bosch Building Technologies North America is seeking a Service Coordinator to efficiently schedule technical resources and assignments, coordinating with the field team and clients to execute a daily plan that meets service requirements.

You will maintain technician calendars, relay details to staff, process work orders for billing, and ensure timely post-service reports while upholding Bosch’s core values.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate daily service scheduling for calls, inspections, and installs.
• Maintain technician schedule including subcontractors and equipment rentals.
• Relay schedule and service details to technicians.
• Ensure accurate work orders and timely invoicing; escalate issues.
• Deliver fast response times and send post-service reports.
• Communicate with client to define requirements and anticipate needs.
• Maintain two-way communication between customer and Field team.
• Explain service offerings to customers.
• Obtain customer purchase orders as needed.
• Escalate complaints to Operations Manager.
• Maintain professional client impressions and relationships.
• Perform additional duties as required.
