• Coordinating and optimizing technician schedules, service calls, and project requirements.
• Communicating proactively and professionally with customers regarding scheduling, service requirements, changes, and next steps.
• Reviewing incoming requests and determining priorities based on urgency, customer needs, technician availability, and operational requirements.
• Supporting technicians by ensuring they have the information, documentation, and coordination necessary to execute their work effectively.
• Monitoring open work and following jobs through to completion.
• Maintaining accurate records, documentation, and service information.
• Helping to create an organized, responsive, and exceptional customer experience.

As a Service Coordinator, you will help manage the daily activity of our service operation.
