Our team of over 30 professionals worldwide is expanding. We are looking to add another qualified person to our team working remotely from home.

  • Work Type: Full‑time as a W2 employee.
  • Salary: Base Salary of $23.00 - $25.00 /hour (based on experience and tenure) with additional monthly performance‑based bonuses.
  • Working Hours: 8:30 AM to 4:30 PM (Monday to Friday) with some flexibility allowed (40‑45 hours per week).
  • Location: Work performed remotely from your home office. Preference will be given to candidates living in the Eastern and Central Time Zones.
  • Start Date: Immediately.
Job Description

Administratively manage Italian Citizenship Application “Start‑to‑Finish” projects, including ongoing communication to clients and client family members.

Responsibilities
  • Conduct research for customer’s required documentation (U.S. vital records & naturalization records, and Italian vital records) through available online databases and government sources.
  • Procure U.S. vital records (birth, marriage, death, divorce papers, international apostilles, and naturalization documents) from USCIS/Homeland Security, National Archives, state and local vital record departments, etc.
  • Present completed application portfolios to the respective clients.
Required Skills
  • Experience with administrative work and order processing, including communication with government agencies, lawyers, and clients.
  • Experience working with USCIS, immigration and citizenship processes, family law is a plus; experience in insurance case management, mortgage processing or similar has also succeeded in this position.
  • Strong multitasking, detail‑oriented, focused, and organizational skills.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint), Microsoft Teams, and SharePoint.
  • Strong communication skills (verbal and written) in English.
  • Fluency in reading, writing and speaking Italian is a plus (but the position should not be viewed as a way for a candidate to learn or improve the language).
Designations

Certification in paralegal studies or equivalent experience in U.S. immigration processes, and knowledge of Italian immigration laws and procedures is a plus.
