Job Overview

Responsibilities
  • Lead and coordinate plant operations to maximize efficiency, product quality, and safety.
  • Supervise and provide clear direction to production teams to meet daily production and shipping goals.
  • Monitor calcining, shipping, and equipment performance to maintain consistency and reliability.
  • Oversee shipping logistics to ensure timely, compliant dispatch of products.
  • Support laboratory and maintenance operations during off‑hours.
  • Conduct safety checks, enforce compliance, and investigate incidents as required.
  • Maintain detailed shift logs, production data, and payroll records.
  • Mentor and train team members to support professional growth and cross‑functional knowledge.
