Co-operators in Calgary, Alberta is seeking a Talent Acquisition Advisor to lead full-cycle recruitment across high-volume programs. You will attract diverse talent, manage 25+ requisitions, and collaborate with HR partners to align hiring with business goals.

You will source passive candidates on LinkedIn and Indeed, deliver a positive candidate experience, leverage analytics to inform planning, and contribute to employer branding and an inclusive culture.

Qualifications

• Minimum five years of recruitment experience in corporate or agency settings.
• Proven track record of managing 25+ requisitions in high-volume recruitment.
• Strong ability to source passive candidates on social platforms.
• Data-driven approach to tell your recruitment story and influence strategy.
• CHRP or CPR designation would be an asset; LinkedIn certification a plus.

Responsibilities

• Drive full-cycle recruitment for high-volume hiring objectives.
• Partner with hiring managers and HR on workforce planning and recruiting metrics.
• Source, screen and present diverse candidate slates and recommendations.
• Support interviews and assessments with objective guidelines and data.
• Promote employer branding through job fairs and social channels.
