UFA Limited is seeking a Talent Acquisition Specialist to partner with leaders, shape recruitment strategies, and build strong talent pipelines in a hybrid Calgary role.

You will drive market intelligence, advise on sourcing, and manage full-cycle recruitment across corporate, operational, and leadership positions, while promoting inclusive hiring and employer branding across our Western Canadian agriculture community.

Formación

• Degree in Human Resources, Business Admin, or related field.
• Equivalent combinations of education and experience will be considered.
• Minimum 4 years in talent acquisition or recruitment; corporate recruitment a strong asset.
• Experience managing full-cycle recruitment across multiple areas.
• Experience sourcing passive candidates using LinkedIn Recruiter and other platforms.
• Ability to build credibility and influence hiring decisions through consultative relationships.
• Knowledge of recruitment best practices, labor market trends, and talent attraction.
• Experience with recruitment technologies and ATS (prefer SuccessFactors).
• Strong relationship-building and communication skills.
• Talent spotting and matching candidates to opportunities.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

• Deliver a best-in-class candidate experience from first contact to offer.
• Support inclusive hiring practices and employer branding initiatives.
• Leverage recruiting technologies and data-driven insights to improve outcomes.
• Track recruiting metrics and identify improvement opportunities.
• Stay curious about market trends and bring new ideas to the team.
