Job summary

You will manage full-cycle recruitment, strategic sourcing, employer branding, and collaborate with hiring managers to ensure a seamless process from posting to onboarding.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
• 2+ years of experience in recruitment or talent acquisition, preferably in financial industry.
• Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (e.g., Indeed, LinkedIn, CATS).
• Strong sourcing techniques and recruitment channels.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate with hiring managers to identify staffing needs.
• Source potential candidates through online channels and professional networks.
• Plan interview and selection procedures, including screening calls and in-person interviews.
• Maintain recruitment platforms and tracking systems to ensure best practices.
• Design job descriptions and interview questions reflecting position requirements.
• Extend job offers and manage onboarding processes.
• Support employer branding initiatives to attract top talent.
