Job summary

CGL is seeking a Talent Acquisition Advisor to drive full-cycle recruitment in a hybrid Canadian environment. You will attract diverse talent for high-volume roles, partner with managers, and deliver a positive candidate experience while aligning with business objectives.

This role requires 5+ years in recruitment, proficiency with social sourcing, and a data-driven approach. English is required with French as an asset; the position supports HR partnerships and enterprise hiring programs.

Qualifications

• Minimum of five years of experience in Recruitment in corporate and/or agency settings.
• Proven track record of managing 25+ job requisitions in High Volume recruitment environment.
• Passionate about finding the best talent with a proven track record of sourcing passive candidates on various social media platforms.
• Love to use data to tell your recruitment story and influence on recruitment approach.
• Post-secondary diploma in Human Resources, Business, or related discipline.
• Knowledge of provincial employment laws, human rights and privacy legislation, behavioural based interviewing, and human resources best practices.
• Having the CHRP or CPR designation would be an asset.
• Having completed the certified internet recruiter designation or LinkedIn certification would be an asset.

Responsibilities

• Partner with hiring managers and workforce planning specialists to meet contact center hiring needs through our high-volume recruitment process.
• Provide sourcing and screening support for an average hiring class of 20-25 individuals; leverage Indeed and LinkedIn.
• Assist hiring managers by offering candidate recommendations, objective interview best practices, and assessments with a focus on diversity.
• Influence hiring plans by staying informed about market trends and competitors’ recruitment activities through data analytics.
• Promote employer brand by participating in job fairs and social networking sites to attract top talent.
