Job summary

Co-operators is seeking a Talent Acquisition Advisor to drive full-cycle recruitment in a hybrid-work environment in Ontario. You will manage high-volume hiring, attract diverse talent, and partner with managers to align recruitment with business goals.

With 5+ years in recruitment, you will leverage LinkedIn and Indeed to build pipelines, apply data insights, and ensure a positive candidate experience across non-Francophone groups outside Quebec.

Qualifications

• Minimum five years of recruitment experience in corporate or agency settings.
• Proven track record of managing 25+ requisitions in a high-volume environment.
• Strong sourcing for passive candidates across social platforms.
• Comfort with data analytics to inform recruiting decisions.
• Knowledge of provincial employment laws, HR best practices.

Responsibilities

• Drive full-cycle recruitment for high-volume roles.
• Act as brand ambassador and manage candidate experience.
• Provide updates to hiring managers and HR partners using analytics.
• Support interviews and assessments with diverse candidate slates.
• Partner with business to forecast hiring needs and pipeline.
