Job summary

Alberta Blue Cross® in Edmonton is seeking a Recruiter for a temporary full-time position in a hybrid role. You will partner with the HR team and business areas to deliver innovative recruitment practices, sourcing, interviewing, onboarding, and reporting.

The role requires building relationships and promoting our values-based culture in the community. The successful candidate will hold a post-secondary diploma in a related field (HR specialization is a plus) and have experience using LinkedIn

Qualifications

• Post secondary diploma or degree in a related field; HR specialization is an asset.
• Experience with recruitment and social media platforms (LinkedIn).
• Experience with applicant tracking systems and MS Office.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with HR team to support and deliver recruitment strategies in partnership with business areas.
• Sourcing, scheduling and facilitating interviews, administering assessments, reference checks, offer packages and onboarding.
• Maintain alignment with recruitment best practices and enhance sourcing and marketing strategies.
• Manage employee referrals and maintain relationships with external contacts.
• Maintain applicant tracking data and provide recruitment reporting.
• Represent HR at internal and external events.
