• Manage end-to-end recruitment for Bell portfolios.
• Partner with leaders to define talent needs and strategy.
• Conduct pre-screens and interviews to assess fit and qualifications.
• Present shortlists and provide recommendations for hires.
• Develop sourcing strategies to engage active and passive candidates.
• Build talent pipelines for current and future roles.
• Leverage recruitment tech, referrals, and networking to attract top talent.
• Maintain relationships with candidates and stakeholders throughout hiring.
