Job summary

Keyera, based in Calgary, is seeking a Talent Acquisition Advisor to lead full-cycle recruitment across a diverse portfolio. You will partner with leaders to understand business priorities, design talent strategies, and ensure a high-quality candidate experience from intake to offer.

You will bring 6+ years of recruitment experience, strong consultative skills, and a collaborative approach across HR, compensation, and business partners to strengthen Keyera's talent outcomes.

Qualifications

• Must have strong consultative skills and ability to influence hiring decisions.
• Proven ability to build trusted relationships with senior leaders and hiring managers.
• Experience developing sourcing strategies for diverse, complex roles.
• Knowledge of talent markets and external networking to build pipelines.

Responsibilities

• Lead full-cycle recruitment for a diverse portfolio of roles across Keyera’s business.
• Build credible relationships with hiring leaders and understand their workforce priorities.
• Provide informed advice on recruitment strategies, talent availability, and assessment.
• Develop and execute sourcing strategies for hard-to-fill roles and passive candidates.
• Maintain external pipelines through networking, referrals, and market engagement.
• Offer a high-quality candidate experience from intake through offer.
