CGL is seeking a Talent Acquisition Advisor to drive full-cycle recruitment across multiple portfolios in a hybrid role. You will attract diverse talent through internal cohorts and external pools, partnering with HR and hiring managers to deliver a high-quality candidate experience.

You will leverage data analytics to inform hiring plans, remain compliant with provincial laws, and advocate for a strong employer brand across networks and events.

Qualifications

• Minimum five years of full-cycle talent acquisition experience in a corporate environment.
• Experience leveraging internal and external data to support TA initiatives.
• Proven track record of sourcing passive candidates on various social platforms.
• Ability to use data to tell recruitment stories and influence strategy.
• Post-secondary diploma in HR, Business, or related discipline.

Responsabilités

• Lead full-cycle recruitment across allocated portfolios.
• Attract exceptional, diverse talent via internal cohorts and external pools.
• Provide sourcing and screening support for ~20 requisitions.
• Partner with hiring managers and HR on interviews and assessments.
• Deliver timely recruitment updates using data analytics.
