Job summary

A leading technology solution provider in Edmonton is seeking a Service Delivery Manager to oversee the implementation and delivery of managed IT services. The successful candidate will ensure high customer engagement, manage program deliverables, and document internal processes. Qualifications include a Bachelor's Degree, ITIL certification preferred, and at least 3 years of technical project management experience. The pay range for this role is 80,000 - 90,000 CAD per year.

Qualifications

• Five years of College or University studies resulting in a Bachelor's Degree or equivalent.
• ITIL3/ITIL4 certification preferred.
• 3 to 5+ years of experience with technology and professional services project work.
• 2+ years project management experience delivering technical solutions.

Responsibilities

• Manage technical program deliverables via internal teams and external vendors.
• Responsible for consistent reporting of program status and resolution of obstacles.
• Document current state and continuous improvement review of internal processes.
• Administrative duties as required.
