Job summary

Bluestar Professional Services Inc. is seeking a Junior Recruiter to support full-cycle recruitment across Legal, Accounting/Tax, and Wealth/Insurance.

This role leverages sourcing across job boards, LinkedIn, referrals, and other channels to build a strong candidate pipeline. Based in Toronto or Mississauga with a hybrid schedule, you will coordinate interviews and ensure a professional candidate experience while working with hiring managers and internal stakeholders.

Qualifications

• 1-2 years of experience in recruitment, HR, or administrative support.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and familiarity with ATS platforms.
• Strong communication and organizational abilities.

Responsibilities

• Support full-cycle recruitment for multiple service lines; legal, accounting, and financial services.
• Source candidates via job boards, LinkedIn, referrals, and other channels.
• Screen resumes and conduct initial interviews; maintain candidate pipelines.
• Coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers; provide timelines.
• Maintain ATS records and track key recruitment metrics; support onboarding.
