Job summary

AMS is seeking a Talent Sourcer to partner with Hiring Managers and Recruiters, developing bespoke sourcing strategies and using data, market analysis, and networks to attract high-calibre candidates for complex roles.

Based in Toronto, this hybrid role requires onsite three days a week and remote two days, with Canada-wide coverage and a focus on delivering strong candidate shortlists for Hiring Managers.

Qualifications

• Proven high-volume recruiting and sourcing experience within Wealth Management or financial services.
• Experience managing large candidate pipelines and multiple requisitions.
• Strong proficiency with ATS platforms and direct sourcing via LinkedIn and job boards.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute sourcing strategies using LinkedIn, Indeed, ATS databases, social networks, and professional connections to attract active and passive talent.
• Partner with Recruiters to create strong candidate and hiring manager experiences.
• Provide thought leadership and talent intelligence to inform recruitment discussions and briefings with Hiring Managers.
• Deliver high-quality, engaged candidate shortlists with clear, data-driven recommendations.
• Share candidate feedback with recruiters and hiring managers to adapt strategy and explore new talent pools.
