Job summary

Deliverect is hiring a Recruitment and Sourcing Specialist - Global in a hybrid Toronto-based role. This 6-month fixed-term contract focuses on proactive candidate sourcing, strong candidate management, and coordinating interviews to build a high-quality talent pipeline.

You will utilize LinkedIn Recruiter and Lever ATS to attract top-tier candidates, while partnering with Talent Partners to align on priorities and ensure a smooth candidate experience. Fluency in English is essential.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience.
Fluency in English with strong written and verbal communication skills.
1-3 years of recruitment experience in tech or fast-paced environments.
Familiarity with ATS systems, preferably Lever.

Responsibilities

Proactively source high-potential candidates across platforms (LinkedIn Recruiter) to build robust pipelines.
Manage candidate flow in Lever ATS, ensuring data accuracy and a smooth experience from application to offer.
Coordinate and schedule interviews for candidates and hiring managers, ensuring efficient logistics.
Screen candidates for qualifications, experience, and cultural fit, presenting qualified candidates to Talent Partners.
Assist Talent Partners with admin tasks: reports, candidate databases, and offer letters.
Collaborate with Talent Partners and hiring managers to align on role requirements and sourcing strategies.
Propose improvements to recruitment processes and tools to enhance efficiency and candidate experience.
Represent Deliverect within Belgium and Netherlands tech scenes; support employer branding efforts.
Post and advertise open roles on ATS and targeted job boards to maximize candidate reach.
