Job summary

GlobeStar Systems, a leader in integrated clinical communication, is seeking a Corporate Recruitment Specialist in Toronto. You will support full-cycle recruitment across three regions, partner with managers, screen candidates, draft offers, and drive onboarding.

The role includes HR programs, policy guidance, and events, with a focus on an excellent candidate experience. You will also help enhance our employer brand, collaborate with educational programs, and maintain compliant HR processes in

Qualifications

• Post-secondary education in Human Resources or equivalent.
• Minimum of 3 years of successful full-cycle recruitment experience in a corporate, international environment.
• Previous recruitment experience in a Technology or SaaS company preferred.
• Thorough knowledge of employment legislation applicable to operating countries.
• Ability to handle sensitive information professionally.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
• High level of accuracy and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Manage multiple recruitment requisitions across three regions.
• Collaborate with hiring managers to develop job postings and candidate sourcing strategies.
• Screen candidates, support interviews, and prepare offers with background checks.
• Develop, administer, and manage new hire orientation and onboarding.
• Provide excellent candidate experience and stakeholder communication.
• Enhance social media presence and employer brand.
• Coordinate recruitment events and partnerships with educational programs.
• Administer recruitment activities and HR reporting as required.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and employment laws.
