Job summary

Colliers International in Toronto, ON is seeking a Talent Acquisition Advisor to build strong partnerships with hiring managers and candidates in a hybrid work model. You will guide candidates and teams through the full recruitment cycle, leveraging data and market insights to deliver top talent.

You will source, interview, and assess candidates for high‑impact roles, ensuring a seamless experience for both candidates and hiring managers.

Qualifications

• 4+ years in a full-cycle Talent Acquisition role, from intake through onboarding.
• Experience using Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) with Workday preferred.
• Proven ability to build partnerships with hiring managers and key stakeholders to drive hiring outcomes.
• Proactive sourcing and engagement via LinkedIn, Indeed, referrals, networking and other channels.

Responsibilities

• Develop trusted partnerships with hiring managers to understand business priorities and talent needs.
• Act as a strategic Talent Acquisition Advisor using market data and candidate insights.
• Source, interview, assess and present high-quality candidates for open roles.
• Fill critical roles efficiently while delivering a positive candidate and hiring manager experience.
• Collaborate with TA team to improve recruiting outcomes across the business.
