Job summary

Altis in Toronto is seeking a Senior Bilingual Recruiter to join our Talent Acquisition team. You will manage full-cycle recruitment across Finance, HR, Marketing and Administration, partnering with hiring managers to deliver a strong candidate experience.

Hybrid work model in Toronto with 2-3 days onsite per week. Bilingual English/French required; 3-5 years in corporate recruitment; opportunity for extension or conversion to permanent role.

Qualifications

• 3-5 years of progressive Talent Acquisition experience, including hands-on full-cycle corporate recruitment.
• Bilingual English and French communication skills, both written and spoken.
• Experience recruiting across Finance, HR, Marketing, and Administration.
• Strong knowledge of the Canadian talent market, including Quebec.
• Experience with Workday and AI-powered recruitment tools.
• Strong stakeholder management and ability to balance priorities.

Responsibilities

• Manage full-cycle recruitment, from intake and sourcing through interviews and offer acceptance.
• Lead multiple requisitions and high-volume recruitment campaigns while keeping hiring timelines on track.
• Review applications, conduct virtual screening interviews and assess candidates against role requirements.
• Proactively source and engage active and passive candidates for challenging searches.
• Partner with hiring managers to clarify requirements, share market insights and provide timely candidate updates.
• Build talent pipelines for recurring and high-volume hiring needs.
• Use Workday, sourcing platforms and AI-enabled recruitment tools to improve efficiency and hiring outcomes.
