Job summary

Cella in Toronto seeks a highly organized Project Coordinator to support an enterprise-wide global initiative. You will align workstreams, maintain timelines, and translate executive requests into structured deliverables.

Reporting to the Senior Project Manager, you will coordinate across global teams, track risks and actions, and ensure documentation accuracy in a hybrid environment with 1 day on-site per week (Thursdays) from 8:00 AM to 4:00 PM.

Qualifications

• Post-secondary degree or diploma in Business, Marketing, Communications, Digital, or related field.
• Understanding of core project management concepts including deliverables and dependencies.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office tools (Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Word).
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail in fast-paced environments.
• Problem-solving mindset with initiative to research and troubleshoot challenges.
• Professional written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work hybrid in Toronto (1 day on-site per week on Thursdays) and 8:00 AM – 4:00 PM.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate activities, resources, and communication across multiple workstreams and global stakeholders.
• Build, update, and maintain project timelines, workback schedules, status reports, and dashboards.
• Coordinate meetings, manage calendars across time zones, capture decisions and action items, and distribute recaps.
• Track progress, risks, dependencies, and follow-up items; liaise with owners to stay on track.
• Investigate issues independently, gathering context and testing solutions before escalation.
• Maintain organized project documentation and governance materials to ensure data accuracy.
