Job summary

Atlas Copco Compressors Canada is hiring an Inside Sales Representative in Mississauga, Ontario, to strengthen customer relationships, drive service revenue, and support the field service team. You will identify service opportunities, prepare quotes, and follow up to close sales while delivering an outstanding customer experience.

The role reports to the Parts and Inside Sales Manager and is based in Mississauga with a 35-hour work week.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years experience in a sales support, sales coordination or inside sales role.
• Strong interpersonal communication skills and the ability to build trust with customers.
• Experience managing sales data in a CRM system.
• Proficient with MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook).
• Ability to work independently while collaborating with a national team.
• Detail-oriented, organized, and able to manage multiple priorities.
• Knowledge of compressors, industrial equipment, or mechanical systems is a strong asset.

Responsibilities

• Manage inbound and outbound customer interactions related to service, spare parts, and maintenance solutions.
• Identify and pursue new service opportunities within the existing customer base in the assigned territory.
• Prepare and follow up on service quotations (preventive maintenance, AIRPlan, repairs, upgrades, etc.).
• Support Service Sales Reps and Field Technicians with pricing, technical documents, and product information.
• Maintain accurate CRM records and timely follow-up on leads and service requests.
• Coordinate service interventions with operations and scheduling teams.
• Promote Atlas Copco’s service programs (SmartLink, upgrade kits, service plans).
• Handle customer inquiries on order status, delivery timelines, and service-related questions.
• Contribute to improving customer satisfaction and service efficiency.
