Job summary

Rexel Canada, a leading electrical distributor, seeks an Inside Sales Representative based in Mississauga, ON. You will service customers by phone and email, process orders, and provide quotations daily, while driving customer satisfaction and repeat business.

Mandates include at least two years in inside sales or customer service, strong communication skills, and multitasking ability. AS400 experience is a plus; electrical distribution knowledge is desirable.

Qualifications

• Minimum of two years in inside sales or customer service.
• Proven communication and customer relationship skills.
• Strong multitasking and time management abilities.
• AS400 experience is a plus.
• Electrical apprenticeship experience is considered an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Directly service customers via phone & email.
• Process orders, inquiries & quotations every day.
• Consistently achieve a high level of customer service.
• Confirm stock availability and suggest alternatives as required.
• Make follow-up calls to customers on all quotations.
• Make at least four outbound calls per day to various customers to solicit additional business.
• Assist customers with any inquiries regarding ecommerce.
