Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Engineering, or related field. Master’s degree in Strategy, Project Management, or MBA is an asset.
• 8+ years of relevant experience in project management, strategy, engineering, or related disciplines. Experience in the business aircraft or aviation industry is preferred.
• Strong strategic thinking, project management, financial, and analytical skills.

Responsibilities

• Drive effective governance across multiple organizations by planning, coordinating, and supporting key meetings and activities.
• Support engineering budget planning and management, including annual planification and quarterly reforecast exercises.
• Assist in strategic manpower planning and ensure alignment with engineering and product development priorities.
