Job summary

Global Technical Talent, Inc. is seeking a Recruiter for a full-cycle talent acquisition role within a major financial institution, based in Toronto. You will handle day-to-day recruiting, run 5–6 video interviews daily, and partner with hiring managers across lines of business.

This contract position runs 13 months with hybrid onsite flexibility (2 days/week) and GTA travel for events, offering exposure to a high-volume workflow and strong brand experience.

Qualifications

• Post-secondary education in HR or related field.
• Experience recruiting in a high-volume environment.
• Familiarity with HR systems and MS Office Suite.

Responsibilities

• Conduct full-cycle recruitment for multiple lines of business.
• Spearhead 5–6 video interviews per day with candidates.
• Manage 30–40 requisitions concurrently and engage managers.
• Coordinate interviews and offers with internal stakeholders.
