Qualifications

5 years of financial services recruiting at mid-senior level.
Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business, Finance, or related field.
Minimum of 5 years recruiting experience in banking/financial services.
2+ years using Bullhorn in a professional recruiting environment.
Familiar with multi-country/currency recruiting (USD, CAD, INR, GBP).

Responsibilities

Source and recruit financial services professionals through LinkedIn Recruiter, networks, referrals, and other methods.
Conduct detailed recruiter interviews to assess experience, project history, and consulting fit.
Recruit for banking, asset management, capital markets, wealth management, payments, risk, and compliance roles.
Build pipelines of consultants with 5–7+ years of experience.
Coordinate with Account Directors and Client Service to meet client requirements.
Present qualified candidates with clear assessments of fit.
Maintain candidate records and ensure data privacy and compliance.
