Qualifications

• Some previous recruitment experience either in an agency or in-house/TA experience.
• Experience delivering Sales or commercial recruitment.
• Experience recruiting across North America.
• There may be other opportunities to support wider recruitment needs cross-functionally.
• Experience in recruitment within Financial Services is beneficial.
• Fluent English, both verbal and written is essential.
• Additional languages, particularly Spanish would be an advantage.
• Highly organised and autonomous.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Highly service-orientated.
• A flexible mindset and ability to cope with a fast-paced culture.

Responsibilities

• Source candidates for vacancies with a focus on commercial/sales roles.
• Source and recruit candidates through LinkedIn and other networks.
• Screen candidates’ CVs and applications.
• Assess applicants’ knowledge, skills, experience and behaviours.
• Conduct interviews using reliable recruiting methods.
• Guide candidates through the hiring process and manage expectations.
• Maintain candidates’ interest and engagement with Ebury, including offers.
• Understand team needs to find the best candidate for each open role.
• Network across the company building relationships with internal customers at all levels.
• Diary management and interview bookings.
• Ensure accurate information is captured in Greenhouse.
