Procom, on behalf of our Banking client, seeks a Recruiter for a 12 month contract in Toronto. Hybrid role with 2 days onsite weekly. You will manage full-cycle recruitment for branch banking roles, engaging with managers and attending in-person events to attract top talent.

Join a team of 7 and contribute to meeting recruitment goals in a fast-paced environment. ASAP start with extension possible; GTA events and strong MS Office proficiency are valued.

The Recruiter will support day-to-day recruitment activities, focusing on full-cycle recruitment for various roles within branch banking. The role involves engaging with managers, conducting interviews, and participating in in-person events to attract top talent.
