Job summary

Financeit is seeking a Talent Acquisition Specialist in Toronto to lead end-to-end recruitment across departments. You will be the first point of contact for candidates, ensuring a positive, transparent experience from application to onboarding, while partnering with hiring managers to define needs and posting roles.

You’ll manage ATS workflows, promote diverse talent, and contribute to employer branding initiatives. Hybrid work options and comprehensive benefits are included.

Qualifications

• 3 years' experience in full-cycle recruitment, ideally in-house.
• Proven ability to manage multiple roles and hiring managers.
• Strong communication and candidate experience focus.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end full-cycle recruitment across departments.
• Ensure positive candidate experience from application to onboarding.
• Collaborate with hiring managers and draft job postings.
• Manage ATS (Workable) and onboarding trackers; monitor metrics.
• Lead onboarding, background checks, IT coordination, and orientation.
