Placements24 is seeking a Dispatch Coordinator to manage the efficient dispatch of goods from Kimberley, Northern Cape, in a hybrid role. You will liaise with warehousing, transport providers, and customers to ensure on-time shipments, accuracy, and high service levels.

Your responsibilities include scheduling, documentation, carrier bookings, and issue resolution in a fast-paced logistics environment. Strong communication and MS Office proficiency are essential.

Qualifikationen

• A High School Diploma or equivalent; a logistics certificate is a plus.
• Previous Dispatch or logistics coordination experience is required.
• Strong organizational, time management and communication skills.

Aufgaben

• Coordinate and schedule the dispatch of outgoing shipments.
• Liaise with warehouse teams to ensure orders are picked, packed, and ready for shipment on time.
• Book transportation with carriers and ensure timely collection of goods.
• Prepare dispatch documentation including waybills and delivery notes.
• Track shipments and provide updates to customers and internal stakeholders.
• Resolve issues or delays during the dispatch process.
• Maintain records of dispatched goods and documentation.
• Communicate with drivers and transport companies regarding schedules.
• Ensure compliance with dispatch and transportation regulations.
