Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years in warehouse operations focusing on receiving and dispatch.
• Experience in a supervisory or leadership role within a warehouse.
• Solid understanding of inventory management, WMS, and shipping/receiving procedures.
• Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to manage a team.
• Ability to work independently and make decisions in a fast-paced environment.
• Familiarity with safety regulations for warehouse operations.

Responsibilities

• Supervise daily receiving and dispatch operations, ensuring efficiency and accuracy.
• Manage workflow of incoming shipments: unloading, inspection, put-away.
• Oversee outbound shipments: order picking, packing, staging, loading.
• Record inventory movements in the WMS with accuracy.
• Regularly check inventory levels and report discrepancies.
• Train, mentor, and supervise warehouse staff involved in receiving and dispatch.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe working environment.
• Enforce company policies and safety regulations.
• Coordinate with inventory control and transportation for smooth operations.
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to receiving or dispatch promptly.
