Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in retail operations, administration, or a similar coordination role.
• Excellent attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and record-keeping.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
• Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and retail management software.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a hybrid setting.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate daily operational activities across assigned retail stores.
• Support store managers in implementing operational policies and procedures.
• Manage and track inventory levels, assisting with stock counts and reconciliation.
• Process store-related documentation, including orders, invoices, and reports.
• Assist in the onboarding and training of new store staff regarding operational procedures.
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, and security standards within retail environments.
• Liaise between store staff, management, and head office departments to facilitate communication.
• Assist with the implementation of new retail initiatives and system updates.
• Maintain accurate operational records and databases.
• Provide administrative support to the regional operations team.
