Job summary

Credit Risk Management Canada Ltd. in Stratford/Etobicoke, ON is seeking a Temporary Customer Care Representative to assist in managing delinquent accounts and maintaining good standing.

Hybrid work arrangement available with in-office and remote components. You will contact customers by phone and email, arrange payments, update account information, and strive to meet weekly collection targets, reporting to the Manager, Debt Recovery.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years in admin or customer service is an asset, but not required.
• Bilingualism in French and English is an asset.
• Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Ability to multitask and manage competing priorities.
• Comfortable using Microsoft Office, softphone apps and CRM systems.

Responsibilities

• Communicate with customers by email and phone.
• Send/receive documents to update accounts.
• Find solutions and arrange payments.
• Meet weekly call and collection targets.
• Complete skip tracing tasks as needed.
• Update clients on account status.
