Job summary

Credit Risk Management Canada Ltd. in Stratford/Etobicoke, Ontario is seeking a temporary Customer Care Representative to support accounts under 60 days delinquent by phone and email, arrange payments, and update information. The role reports to the Manager, Debt Recovery with weekly target-driven performance.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years of administrative or customer service experience is an asset.
• Bilingualism in French and English is an asset.
• Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Ability to multitask and manage competing priorities.
• Comfortable using Microsoft Office, softphone applications, and CRM systems.

Responsibilities

• Communicating with customers using email and phone calls.
• Sending and receiving various documents to update accounts.
• Finding solutions and arranging payment(s).
• Meeting call and collection targets on a weekly basis.
• Completing skip tracing tasks as needed.
