GreenShield is seeking an Account Manager, Team Lead to join a hybrid role reporting to the National Director, Growth & Client Service, Central Region. You will manage an assigned book of business, including client relationships, renewals, advisor engagement, service delivery, retention, profitability and integrated sales growth.

The role splits 50% to leadership and training—onboarding, supporting Account Managers, providing guidance, escalation support, and contributing to team initiatives.

Aufgaben

• Manage an assigned book of business, including client meetings, renewals, presentations and advisor engagement.
• Promote GreenShield products and services and implement plan amendments.
• Drive profitability, retention and integrated sales targets for the assigned block of business.
• Manage at-risk client relationships within governance framework.
• Participate in client and prospect presentations and finalist meetings.
• Partner with Business Development and Service teams to ensure client deliverables are achieved.
