The Account Executive/Manager role focuses on nurturing partnerships, growing a block of business, and meeting revenue targets within GreenShield Administration and related lines of business.

Qualifications

• Minimum five years' experience as an Account Executive or Account Manager in health benefits or related sector.
• Proven ability to manage and grow a block of business.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop long‑term relationships with partners and proactively address business needs.
• Ensure SLA delivery by coordinating with cross‑functional teams.
• Monitor contractual requirements and fulfill obligations.
• Achieve revenue and margin targets for designated accounts and drive integrated sales.
• Resolve issues and escalate where needed, keeping clients informed.
