Qualifications

• University degree with 5+ years of progressively responsible experience and people leadership.
• Must hold relevant licenses and be in good standing with regulators where applicable.
• Strong sales, planning and communication abilities evidenced in a leadership role.

Responsibilities

• Lead district recruiting and sales growth plans aligned with Sun Life objectives.
• Source candidates, manage hiring and onboarding with HR support.
• Coach and develop district team, oversee performance and development.
• Develop annual business plans with the RVP and monitor targets.
