Commercial Spring & Tool Company Limited in Mississauga is seeking an experienced Human Resources Manager to oversee HR policies, recruitment strategies, payroll, benefits and employee development in a fast-paced manufacturing setting.

The role requires 3–5 years in HR, a Bachelor’s degree or equivalent, and the ability to advise management while maintaining compliance with policies and collective agreements. On-site position with comprehensive health and retirement benefits.
