Job summary

Sinco Food Equipment is seeking an experienced executive-level administrator for our Ontario facility. The role oversees departments, allocates resources, and guides strategic policies while coordinating across regions and ensuring proper controls are in place.

Ideal candidates will manage a 5–10 person team, drive organizational objectives, and represent the company in negotiations and official functions under fast-paced conditions. On-site work is required.

Qualifications

• College/CEGEP diploma or equivalent 1–2 years.
• On-site work requirement; no remote option.

Responsibilities

• Allocate material, human and financial resources to implement organizational policies and programs.
• Coordinate the work of regions, divisions or departments.
• Establish financial and administrative controls; formulate and approve promotional campaigns; and approve HR planning.
• Establish objectives for the organization and formulate or approve policies and programs.
• Represent the organization in negotiations or other official functions.
• Select middle managers, directors or other executive staff; delegate authority and create optimal working conditions.
