A leading airline company in Canada is seeking a Human Resources Business Partner to drive HR strategies across Corporate and Commercial branches. The successful candidate will collaborate with management to determine HR needs, coach on policy application, and support organizational development. Applicants should possess a Bachelor's degree in Human Resource Management, have a minimum of 8 years of HR experience, and be bilingual in English and French. Reporting to the Senior Director Human Resources, the Human Resources Business Partner will act as a business partner to the Corporate and Commercial branches and will oversee all aspects of human resources within their assigned clients to drive business results. The incumbent will be accountable to provide face-to-face, timely and strategic advice as well as address complex or systemic work issues by providing suitable resolutions that require consideration to multifaceted, multi-level aspects of the business.
