Job summary

Graham Contracting, Ltd. is recruiting an HSE Coordinator for its Services Division to support a safe project execution across Canada.

Reporting to the Senior Regional HSE Manager, you will implement the HSE management system and assist project teams on multiple projects as a floating resource. This FIFO role is tied to the Horizon Project with turnarounds and emphasis on incident reporting, regulatory compliance, and continuous improvement.

Qualifications

• High school diploma with college/technical diploma required.
• 3–5 years of safety or related field experience.
• Health & Safety certification or designation is an asset.

Responsibilities

• Lead HSE Compliance: ensure adherence to health, safety and environmental standards, including incident reporting and regulatory compliance.
• Support Project Teams: assist PMs and Supervisors in implementing HSE MS and PSSP.
• Incident Management & Analysis: upload incidents, investigate events, analyze trends, and recommend corrective actions.
• Regulatory & Emergency Preparedness: review local regulations and emergency protocols; communicate ERP docs.
• Reporting & Accountability: compile HSE data, report effectiveness, and maintain documentation for audits.
