Job summary

Graham, a leading North American general contractor, is recruiting a Project Coordinator for the Oilsands Industrial Division. Reporting to the Project Manager, you will support project teams through scheduling, budgeting, documentation, and change control, from office to site.

Based in Fort McMurray, we welcome local candidates or those in Edmonton with travel on rotation. You will help ensure HSEQ compliance, cost reporting, and strong client relationships to deliver projects safely and on

Qualifications

• Trade certification or technical diploma/degree in engineering or a related technical field.
• 2–5 years of direct industrial construction experience.
• Proficiency with MS Office and scheduling/project management software.
• Familiarity with construction project systems; InEight experience is an asset.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate daily project activities: scheduling, budgeting, documentation, and cost control.
• Support change management & reporting: track change events and report updates to the Project Manager.
• Maintain HSEQ compliance: contribute to safety plans and keep QA/QC records up to date; monitor KPIs.
• Assist with financial & cost controls: support cost reporting, record change orders, payroll coding and cost allocation.
• Build and maintain client & stakeholder relationships; conduct client satisfaction surveys at project close.

Graham is activelyrecruiting for a Project Coordinator supporting the Oilsands Industrial Division. Reporting to the ProjectManager, the Project Coordinator plays a key role in supporting project teams through coordination, scheduling, quantity surveying, reporting, and quality control.

This role is based in Fort McMurray. We are open to local candidates or candidates based in Edmonton with travel on rotation.

Your Role in Building What Matters – From Office to Site

• Coordinate Daily Project Activities:Support scheduling, budgeting, documentation, and cost control tasks. Maintain and update drawings, revisions, site instructions, and change orders
• Support Change Management & Reporting:Track change events, prepare notices, and report updates to the Project Manager. Compile data for progress reports and executive/project steering updates
• Maintain HSEQ Compliance:Contribute to safety plan development and keep safety and QA/QC records up to date. Monitor HSE and quality KPIs, review surveillance findings, and initiate NCRs whererequired
• Assist with Financial & Cost Controls:Support cost reporting systems and monitor cost accruals. Record change orders and verify proper payroll coding and cost allocation
• Build and Maintain Client & Stakeholder Relationship: Communicate professionally with clients and support strong working relationships. Complete client satisfaction surveys during projectclose‑out

The Right Tools for the Job

• Education: Trade Certification or Technical Diploma/Degree in Engineering ora relatedtechnical field
• Experience: 2–5 years of direct industrial construction experience
• Skills:Proficiencywith MS Office,schedulingand project management software; familiarity with construction project systems, practices, and processes (InEightexperience is an asset)
