Job summary

Graham is hiring a Health, Safety & Environment (HSE) Manager for the Buildings Division in Canada. You will lead the HSE program across projects, ensuring regulatory compliance and risk management while engaging with clients to support sustainability initiatives and climate-related programs.

A strong safety background in construction or related industries is required. The role requires 10+ years in environmental management, a safety-related degree, and CRSP/CSP is a plus.

Qualifications

• Minimum high school diploma; college/technical diploma in safety preferred.
• Health & Safety certification required; CRSP or CSP considered an asset.
• 10+ years progressive experience in environmental management and safety, ideally in construction or industrial settings.

Responsibilities

• Lead Health, Safety & Environmental program execution across projects and operations.
• Ensure regulatory compliance and manage risk with site-specific safety plans and hazard assessments.
• Investigate incidents, analyze trends, and maintain safety records; provide safety updates to clients.
