Job summary

YO AI Labs is seeking a Human Resources Generalist (QC/ON) in Canada to provide operational HR support across payroll, benefits, pension, safety and communications within a matrix organization. This role involves recruitment, onboarding, reporting and cross‑functional collaboration with Finance, Legal and HR teams.

The ideal candidate has 3–5 years in HR support, strong MS Office skills, bilingual English/French, and the ability to handle confidential information with meticulous attention to

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of experience in an HR support role.
• Experience with HR and payroll systems is required.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
• Fluent in English and French is required for this position.

Responsibilities

• Process HR, payroll, benefits, pension and profit sharing information accurately.
• Serve as a point of contact for employee and manager inquiries on HR, payroll, benefits and health & safety.
• Collaborate with regional teams and external legal teams across Ontario and Quebec.
• Assist with policy development, year-end activities and payroll audits.
• Manage full-cycle recruitment and internship programs.
• Prepare onboarding and conduct orientations; generate HR reports as needed.
