A leading recruitment firm in Toronto is seeking an HR Generalist to manage the full employee lifecycle, including recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, payroll, and compliance. The ideal candidate will possess a Bachelor’s degree in HR, 3-5 years of experience, and strong knowledge of Ontario labor laws. This role offers a competitive salary of 75K - 80K annually and comprehensive benefits after 3 months, working fully onsite at the North York HQ.
Qualifications
3–5 years of HR Generalist experience required.
Strong knowledge of Ontario employment legislation is mandatory.
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, are essential.
Responsibilities
Provide guidance on policies and resolve workplace issues.
Administer payroll and manage benefits programs.
Ensure compliance with labor laws and internal HR policies.
Coordinate learning programs and maintain training records.
Facilitate smooth employee exits and conduct exit interviews.
Source, screen, and interview candidates.
