X-Group in Canada’s Alberta region is seeking an HR Generalist based in Nisku, Alberta, to manage recruitment, onboarding, and HR administration. The role partners with managers to ensure compliant records, strong candidate experiences, and smooth employee lifecycle processes.

The ideal candidate will balance recruitment, employee support, and HR operations in a fast-paced environment, contributing to safety, integrity, and continuous improvement within the organization.

Qualifications

• One to three years of progressive HR experience.
• Knowledge of Alberta Employment Standards and HR best practices.
• Experience with HRIS and ATS.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and HR documentation.

Responsibilities

• Lead full-cycle recruitment for hourly, salaried, technical, and professional positions.
• Coordinate onboarding activities and new hire documentation.
• Maintain accurate employee records and HR dashboards.
• Support compliance with employment legislation and company policies.
• Provide employee support and respond to HR inquiries in a timely manner.
